I did the TMJ massage with Rachel, and the headache relief you can get from this massage is life changing. She is very knowledgeable in her practice, and does a great job at making sure you are comfortable and relaxed, while also engaged while she works to find and release any tension and/or trigger points. I’ve been having terrible shoulder pain from moving offices and doing hygiene differently than before. I have experienced pain since July of 2022 and decided to see Rachel in December. After 3 visits I am almost completely pain-free! Her technique is different than any massage I’ve ever received and she knew exactly what was causing my pain and how to begin to work it out. I will continue to see Rachel every month to help keep my pain to the minimum it is now and hopefully to see it go away!
